Broad-winged Hawks Nesting in San Jose

Today I discovered that we have a hawk family nesting in the tall palm tree on our street. It was quite a sight. I took
these pictures this morning.
I tried to identify them and as best as I can tell they are
Broad-winged Hawks.
Can anyone verify?
